Section 40
Power to enforce arrangements with foreign countries
: (1) Nepal …………. And the Government of Nepal may make regulations to implement the arrangements regarding the sending and payment of checks through post offices among other foreign countries.
(2) Without having any adverse effect on the right granted by sub-section (1), in particular the following provisions may be made in those rules:-
(a) Nepal ………. The manner and conditions to be followed while sending such orders from and paying such orders in Nepal……….., and
(b) The rate of commission for the same.
